InSite
is a unique engineering tool that lets you both engineer
SeaChange systems and access existing
systems to give full information and engineering control
in minutes.
This allows engineers to investigate existing installations
easily for trouble shooting or extension without the need
for any prior data about the Site.
The details of an existing installation can be discovered
by InSite in minutes. All the modules are recognised along
with their interconnects and engineering parameters so the
whole set up of the system is revealed.
The 'as installed' information can be stored and provided
to the user with the free InSite Reader .which
allows the stored site information to be viewed but not
updated or changed.This is ideal for O & M Manuals.
InSite can be used to view the real time information about
the system including current values, alarms and fault status.
It can also set working parameters such as setpoints and
time schedules, making it a tool to operate and maintain
systems as well as document them.
The system can be initially installed and set up using SeaChange
plug and play engineering or InSite can be used to engineer
the system, setting the modules engineering parameters and
interconnects
directly, making it a powerful tool
to fully engineer the systems.
InSite runs on most PC that support Windows and can be connected locally via an SLT module or remotely connected by modem.
