Through our Building Management system we can access your site remotely using a Serial Link Terminal connected to our Bureau by modem.

We can visit your site remotely and if needed change set points, monitor plant, temperatures, cooling and in most cases know of any breakdowns before the building’s maintenance department or office manager realises there is an operating deficiency.


A boiler, pump or valve can be changed over to stand by equipment remotely which will enable us to get an engineer to you in normal working hours, saving time and money on emergency call-out engineers.
